The package will be delivered within 5 working days, with the exception of remote or hard-to-reach areas, Saturdays and holidays excluded.
The delivery of orders with one or more custom items will take around 7 working days.

It is not possible to make any changes to the orders that are already confirmed.

You must proceed with the cancellation of the order and place a new one.

If you have made the purchase as a registered user, click on "My orders", log in, click on the order number and then click  on "Cancel order".

 

If you have made an order as a Guest click on "Search Orders" in the top menu and enter the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase and your order number starting with SO-, for example SO-000000001, and finally on "Cancel order".

 

NB: If the "Cancel order" link is disabled, it means that the purchase can no longer be cancelled because it is in the last step of managing and it is no longer possible to prevent  it from being shipped; the only solution is to reject  the parcel when the courier delivers it, exerciting the right to withdraw, so that it will  automatically return back to the sender.

In case of non-stock of the selected product at our main warehouse, the item will be sent from on of  our physical stores in Italy.

 

As soon as the goods are shipped, you will receive the tracking e-mail in which you will be informed about where the item is shipped from..

 

Please note that items shipped from physical stores:

• can only be delivered in Italy; select 'Delivery options', if you cannot continue it means that one or more items in your basket cannot be shipped outside of Italy so you will have to change the destination Country or choose other products;

• they can be exchanged by the courtesy receipt within 60 days from the date of purchase, in any physical store with the same Sign of the purchased brand. This option is available only for the  stores in Italy, otherwise they can be returned and refunded;

• the items shipped from outlets can be exchanged with the receipt at any outlet of the same brand, an option available only for our stores in Italy, otherwise they can be returned and refunded;

• in the event that one or more items received are defective, we will collect and refund them. It is not possible to request a replacement. For more information visit “Returns and refunds” section, “What do I need to do if I have received a faulty item?”;

• they cannot be paid with cash on delivery;

• cannot be customized.

Yes, you can select up to three characters (letters and/or numbers) on customised Superga items:

 

  • Select your preferred Superga item and insert your desired quantity into the size box;

 

  • Having placed the item in your Basket, if the item can be customised, you will find the ‘Customise’ button;

 

  • Select up to three characters (letters and/or numbers) and click on ‘Save’.

 

NB:

Shoes can be customized:

- with a maximum of 3 characters starting from size 29;

- with a maximum of 2 characters from size 25 to 28.

Shoes smaller than size 25 cannot be customized.

The chosen characters will be placed on the heel of the right shoe, externally.

An estimated period of four working days is to be expected prior to delivery for one or more customised orders.

Customised products cannot be returned.

In case the item is shipped from a physically shop the “customize” button will be disabled because the service is not available.

If you have received a Coupon to get a discount please proceed to activate your personal code when you arrive into the "Order summary" section, by clicking on ‘Promo code’.

Each Coupon is unique and has a predetermined validity period.

Yes. You can request an invoice during the purchasing process by clicking ‘Request invoice’.

 

The document will be sent to you via your e-mail by the 15th day of the month after your request was received.

 

The invoice from that moment will be made available in your "My Account" area.

 

It will not be possible to provide or send the invoice if the request was not made during the process above indicated.

The prices presented to the public are set following suggestions from the producer and they are  intended to comply with Iva. The currency indicated is in Euros. 

In case of purchase as Guest you have the possibility to check your order by clicking on the top menu 'Search orders' by entering the e-mail address and your order number (eg SO- 000000001).

 

In this dedicated area you can:

 

• view the summary of your purchase;

• cancel your order if you change your mind;

• access the online tracking service;

• make the return request if you need to return one or more products.
