A. CHEST: Measure the circumference at the widest point of the chest, under the armpits.
B. WAIST: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of the abdomen, usually at or just above the navel, take the measurement without tightening.
C. LOW HIP: Measure the circumference at the widest point of the hips.
D. INSEAM: Measure from the groin to the sole of the foot, standing straight.
E. NECK: Measure at the base of the neck, inserting a finger between the tape and the skin.
